I just came back from my church's "tabernacle worship experience"...it is great to be in the House of the Lord, with His people- together in one voice lifting up the Name of Jesus. The desperation cry of the people for their God can be heard as we lifted up our voices and spirit to worship and pray. The church was hungry and as God is faithful, He once again meets up with us, bringing us to total surrender and adoration. His love is just irrestible. We want MORE Lord!
But this time, it goes beyond Presence...we experienced the outpouring of the Glory of God- it saturated the worship centre, and envelop us...one moment we are laughing and the next moment...we are crying...we don't know where it will lead us..as Bob Sorge says...when the Glory hits...things begin to run out of control...it is chaotic!!! Schedules cannot be kept...things have to change!
But..I want IT!!! The awesome GLORY of God inhibits the praises of God's people...there's no running away...when the church comes together to sing the praises of our King and cry out for more of Him...He shows up...there is no ESCAPE!
"Deep calls to deep...Lord..I know there must be more!"

Hi frens,
Would u think threading on God's Path, & living in His will for your life is easy-flowing, safe and predictable? No, that's not the case. As we look at the great men and women of faith, we realise that their lives are anything but ordinary. God puts ordinary people to live extra-ordinary lives. When you begin to walk in God's perfect plan for your life, you discover that it is a life of destiny, a life that blesses others, a life that makes history, a life that stands out from others. It is not a isolated, secluded, or self-focused life.
On this path that you walk, there will be many times when you will be afraid of what is ahead of you. However, the bible, in Isaiah, says that "but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength, they will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and not be weary, they will walk and not be faint." Even though you thread on uncertain paths, we can be sure that we are worshipping a certain God, one who is faithful. He gives us the peace that transcends our understanding and washes away our fears in its accompanying glory.
He is saying to you today: "fear not, for I am with you. My glory shall be your rear guard." Therefore, embrace His will for your life...dare to step into His destiny...and test his perfect will.
"Do not conform any longer to the patterns of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is- His good, pleasing and perfect will."

Maybe you have heard the hymn...trust and obey for there's no other way...to be happy in Jesus...is to trust and obey. It is not an option, to trust and to obey is imperative in the Christian life. Let me take this time to bring you to God's heart on trust and obedience.
How is trust and obedience related?
It's simple...if you don't trust someone...you won't obey him. Why? Let me narrate to you a familiar story that contains great truth. There was a man who was mountain-climbing...as he was halfway through...his rope that was tight to his waist broke. He grapped immediately to a branch...Afraid, the man cried out to God...God, in his mercy, asked the man to release His grip on the branch...then the man cried: who else is out there?! He did not let go...the next morning, he was found dead...just centimeters from the ground. If he had just let go...he would be saved...many times...we too need to let go and release everything we have on our hands and hearts to God. We can only do that if we trust Him...We show our trust by our obedience...if only that man had obeyed what God had said. 'Lord, I give you my heart' is a song of commitment...to learn to surrender everything we have inside our hearts to Him...
Why?
So our hearts will be fully turned towards Him...that He is able to mould...and then to use as willing vessels...let us catch the heartbeat of God- to hear what He says, trust that His words are true..and then to obey!
"For I desire obedience, not sacrifice..." -God
