After Jesus had resurrected, he came to Peter (who had denied him three times just before his death). Hear the words of Jesus: Do you love me? Do you love me? Do you love me? Jesus did not start lecturing Peter about do's and don'ts. All he did was ask- do you love me? Is your heart still beating for me? Am I to you...still- Christ...the Son of the living God? That was all Jesus was asking. Only after Peter answered- Yes, Lord did Jesus reply- feed my sheeps. Many a times, we come to Jesus- expecting Him to commission us for His work and into His will...but the words may just be a question: Do you love me? Ben History Maker
