Give up...or press on?

Hmm..actually..I really dun know what to say. I think natty's right when she says that maybe she should leave (maybe...i too) SWT to be just dat band dat it was before we took over. The question now is: what will be my response?

Will I just step down?...n leave it to those who remain- to run the team as they wish? And they can just put in so much effort in the skills and singing...and make sure every expression runs 100% smoothly...N the school can just swing to the music and clap along. And at the end, say- "good show by the student worship team!"

Is this what I want? No. This is not what I want. SWT was formed because God called it to be a worship team that will go up on AHS stage to make a difference for Him! To begin to reach out to the students thru genuine-heart-felt worship that will draw them to the Cross- where they can find the salvation for their lives. That is Swt's calling. not simply a get-together to sing n make music...but to ENGAGE the students n point them to our Saviour.

N because God has put such a burden in my heart for the team...n its potential to make such a big impact in the life of this School for Him...I will not back down. I will not give up in the face of opposition or surrender my ground! Because..the God promises that whomever He calls..He also empowers!

frens..if u r reading this..pray like u've never prayed before for God's divine intervention in the yF n Swt team- that His Will will be done thru us and in us. Swt n Yf are 2 powerful forces- to equip, empower, and anoint believers who will dare to answer the Call of God in AHS...n usher in the end-time revival that God has promised.

For His glory...I labour on...
