Come and change me
God, I'm tired of breaking your heart My heart Always go astray I know your blood cleanses me but I really want to go your way
God, Come and Change me From the Inside out May my praises infused with repentance be A lovely aroma pleasing to You throughout

Friends...let's always ask God to stir up a deep, big hunger for His Presence in our lives...and let's never be satisfied. Yea? amen.
How I Long
Standing Here Looking all around me Where all my dreams Lay
Looking Up To the God above me He holds All things
In His hand My future secured In His might I am safe
How I Long For more of His Presence In my Life Satisfies my deepest Hunger
How I Long To Know Him more each Day Know His heart All Things Fall short of my One Desire
He'll never let me go Even when I am lost He'll never leave my side Guides me back to His road
Lord...Your Grace is everlasting... Come...and show me Your ways...

Letting Go, Moving On, Staying Pure
Dear frens...
just some thoughts on how to maintain purity in our reading.
a) What do we do...when we come across some ukw* scenes when we are reading a book?
1- If we have the capacity, given by God's grace, we can browse through it quickly and then, let go. Avoid the trap of lust. that may take effect if we allow our minds to wander on the passage and fantasize. Do not try to catch the spirit of the author even. keep your spirit consecrated always.
2- If we do not have that capacity, skip the page and move on. And DO NOT come back to it.
b) What do we do...when we know that a book has many of these ukw* scenes?
Let's say for a romance novel...you know that you are gonna be tempted if u read...so dun! "Flee from youthful lusts." The bible says.
In such cases, dun even read it.
Hope this helps.

Jesus drank it for you- by Reggie Dabbs In the garden, where Jesus struggled with God to "let this cup pass from (Him)", He was speaking about something that He was about to drink. What is in this cup? I believe this cup holds the sin of this world- your sins and my sins. Every perverted thing that you can come up with your mind...it happened...and it became "liquid" and went into the cup. Jesus, who knew no sin, drank your sins and my sins, and the sins of all men, that we may be reconciled again with God. Today, what sins are you dancing with in your life? Don't pretend or shrink back anymore...because Jesus knows all about what's going on in your life today...He knows the sins...He drank it some 2000 yrs ago...but all He wants is for you to drop everything you are holding on today, and dance with Him again. You are made to dance with Him. Don't hesitate...Jesus is waiting.

Excellence & Expectation
I think 2 words should be written across a Christian's life, alongside love...namely- "excellence" and "expectation".
The Devil hates expectation. He accuses us of pride everytime we have that seed of expectation that is bursting forth of life. Jesus predicted it- "For the Destroyer (Devil) comes to Kill and Steal; but I come to give you life and life More abundantly." If we really grasp all that the words of Jesus, we can indeed allow a spirit of expectation to grip our lives.
Jesus had a spirit of expectation. "He grew in wisdom, stature, and favour before God and men." What causes growth? It is an expectant spirit. Jesus expected His Father to lead and bring him higher in every area of his life, on every step of the way. Do you have such an expectation of God?
Jesus breathed expectation into his disciples when he said that "they will do even greater things that (He) is doing." Also, the apostles all had a spirit of expectation as they waited for the "promised counsellor", who is the Holy Spirit, to fill them...on the Day of Pentecost.
What is the difference between expectation and pride? Pride relies on our own strength to fulfill our own desires, while expectation relies on God's strength and grace to fulfill His desires for our lives.
Let's rise up in the fervent expectation of God to bring us to us a deeper and higher level of Faith, Prosperity, and Intimacy in our lives! And out of that spirit, let excellence flows, because we know we do everything for His glory!

Lyrics 2 God
So Many times I fail You But still I find Your grace In abundance
And Many times I almost turned Away From You If not for you who draws me back
I stand before You now I lift my hands, My heart
I'll worship You for you are worthy The Lamb who was slain. You're the One who walked the Path That fateful Day.
I'll praise Your name For the things you've done. And I'll hold your hand For all eternity Long.
When temptations and problems come And strength fails. I'll run into Your arms to Receive the grace and mercy to help.

Will you answer?
He calls out, in the secret, in the quiet place...where all is still and your heart is well. But, He also calls you in the chaos, and confusion of the day where everything is topsy-turvy...where you least expect him to. Will you be ready, when He calls?
I think, in the ordinary of everyday life, we sometimes doubt that God will call out to us. We presume He only beckons us when we are in church, in prayer, in our quiet time, but that's wrong. In the same way that the rich man was found wanting by God, and his life taken away from him...we can be found wanting when God calls out today. We might be so entrenched in the cares and concerns of life- our studies, friends, family...and even ourselves-our own personal pains, feelings, achievements- that when He calls, we are found saying to ourselves- "Let's build up storehouses to keep our many possessions and treasures of this earth."
Let me ask you. Where is your treasure today? For, "Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." What is of worth to you? Where is your strength?
For "blessed are those whose strength is In You (God)." There, it will not be moved. And when God calls, you'll be ready to answer, "Yes Lord, Here I am."
When you call, I won't refuse...It's You, day again I choose...

Is your heart 100% Pure towards Him?
The greatest hindrance to go deeper with God, to move in the prophetic, to witnessing with authority...is lack of 100% purity in our hearts. It's not enough to be only 1/2 full with His love, 3/4 full...but it must be 100% full with desire for Him.
We desire for alot of things- satisfying relationships, the newest game, the newest clothes, the best guys/gals that we want to be with, approval of men....But in the midst of all these desires, let us not fail to set our heart on Jesus and make Him our only desire, the bible says, "I keep thee in Perfect Peace, whose mind is stead on thee."
It's not enough to sing that "He is our one Desire." But let us indeed, come clean with God today and Put Him First and Only in our heart and mind, making sure everything else doesn't even come close.
Yet, it's not by might, nor by Power, but by His spirit...that we are able to love Him 100%...
"God Help us."

Hear a Song Rising...
When I see Your hand In my storm I remember the Blood You shed...
When I see Your touch In my Pain I remember the Grace You gave
And My heart is captured By One (the Call) above Who Loved me with His Life (I'll love Him with My Life)...
And Forever Will I Follow The Glorious Friend Who Holds me By... His hand (And Answer To His Cry)
When I hear the cries Of a million children Lost in this broken world...
When I hear the shouts Of An Army rising I'll be counted In As well

Love...
"Faith, Hope, Love...BUT the Greatest IS Love." When the bible says that something is great, it is not exaggerating. It's stating a Fact. And, therefore, when the bible says that the "greatest of these...", that "something" could be beyond your wildest imagination...besides...our God does "exceedingly, abundantly, above all that we could ask or think."
And let's take a look. When the Word of God states something as "great", it also reflects the importance of it in God's heart. Surely...Faith is something that is close to God's heart- "without faith", the bible says, "it is impossible to Please God." Hope is also of great value. The Gospel IS a message of Hope in itself...Hope of salvation...Hope for this world. The bible is full of Hope. God is a God of Hope. But...
Love, the bible says...is the greatest of these three. Why?
I think we can get a glimpse of love's place in God's heart in the 'love' chapter of the bible- "If I can speak in tongues of angels, have enough Faith to move mountains, to prophesy...and give myself to the poor, and to be burned...but if I have not Love, I'm nothing."
Can you imagine, if our lives is filled with so much Faith for God to move, Hope for our God-given Future...but without the essence of Love...we are nothing?? Here's why:
Christ- God's only son came from heaven to earth to be crucified for all our sins...though He was perfectly sinless, and yet, He took on all the sins of the world...and being forsaken by God himself, He hung there on the Cross...so that the Price for our sins may be cancelled...and that we can live with God again.
And the bible says..."For God so loved the world..." He did it all for love. I believe, all heaven and earth stood amazed at the price Jesus paid, on that very day where nails pierced His tender hands. And He did...all for Love. Love for you and for me.
This act of love demands of us a response. For those who have not accepted Jesus, will you consider...not with your human mind, but your heart what He has done and His great love for you? I have no doubt you were on His mind when He hung on the cross.
For those who are Christians. Demonstrate Love. Are we to be disciples of Christ? Let us throw off every pretense when we meet with others, or indifference, or apathy...but put on the love of Christ. Because He first loved us.
And indeed, let's learn to echo what Paul declared- "the love of God compels me..."
